Lame excuses for not writing the food blog more - past and present in no particular order

So, since almost every new blog entry starts with my lame excuse for not posting more, I thought I would dedicate a page to all those lame excuses. Feel free to borrow any of them if you can't come up with one of your own.

My antiquated spyware infested computer was too slow and it took several hours to post one blog.

Work.

My hatred of work.

My lack of productivity using all my free time complaining about work.

I just got an amazing new Mac and I have to set it up and learn how to use it.

I just got an amazing new Mac and I am backing up the old computer before breaking it down.

I just got Logic Pro and I don't think I'll ever learn how to use it.

I recently got an amazing new Mac and I am on it all the time doing anything but writing the food blog.

I just got pushed out of my job, and I am drinking.

I'm cleaning and organizing the apartment, which I rarely did when I was working.

I'm brushing the cats, which I rarely did when I was working.

I'm playing with the cats, which I rarely did when I was working.

I'm hanging out with my sis and my bff on the anniversary of my mommy's death.

I'm getting a tattoo in honor of my mom with her name on it.

I'm listening to these songs over and over again that are in the final mastering stage, and I'm telling the Food Pimp that I can't tell the difference between one version and another.

I still listening to these songs in the final stage of mastering, and I'm trying to tell the FP that it's not as bad as he thinks because his ears are more sensitive than most.

I'm eating crawfish at Qualcomm stadium.

I'm drinking Cherry Bitches and eating loaded tater tots at True North after the crawfish boil.

I'm listening to our friend tell the same story for the 4th time at our apartment after True North.

I'm doing nothing but taking naps and eating and watching TV on the day after the crawfish boil.

I'm designing our album graphics for our CD on Adobe Illustrator (keeping in mind I haven't used it very much in about 10+ years).

I'm still designing album graphics because I don't know what company I'm going to use or what kind of packaging.

I'm trying to upload music and graphics to an online distribution website and a cd duplicating website and it's taking all day.

I'm breaking out the old PC laptop and "cleaning it up" to see if we can use it for internet.

I'm still working on the old PC laptop, but it has internet service!!
